Positive: The property itself was beautiful — tastefully decorated, clean, and very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, which made it easy to prepare meals during our stay. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi and smart TVs throughout the space, which added to the convenience and comfort.

Negative: The property itself was lovely and well-kept, and we appreciated many aspects of our stay. However, one significant issue for us was that it was not disclosed in the listing that the owners live on-site. Had we known that in advance, we likely would not have booked. The presence of the owners created a feeling that we needed to be overly cautious about making noise, particularly due to sounds from upstairs at unusual hours. This impacted our comfort and sense of privacy during the stay. Additionally, a clearer explanation of the parking situation would have been helpful. The driveway is a narrow, uphill, single-lane path on a bend in a narrow street, which could be quite challenging for someone without experience in tight or tricky parking situations. While I was able to manage it due to my professional driving background, my wife or son would have struggled without guidance. From the parking spot, the access to the entrance is also uphill through grass, which may be difficult for some guests. While it's possible to pull into the drive, it would require backing out onto the street, which isn't ideal. Aside from these points, we enjoyed the property — but transparency on these issues would have significantly improved our overall experience and set the right expectations.

Summary: Nice place to stay, close to downtown Bristol and easy to get to the track.

Positive: The outdoor scenery, the bathroom shower, cleanliness, great location. Everything we wanted was available. Communicatin with the owners was fabulous. Thank you!

Negative: We are seniors so it was difficult to walk on the grass to the front door.
