Positive: Location was excellent as was secure parking

Negative: The apartment needs repainting as it’s looking rather tired. Some of the fixtures and fittings also need replacing such as the lamp in the living room, toilet role holder in main bathroom. The towels are very well worn and need replacing and there are no mattress protectors and no pillow protectors, they have used sheets as mattress protectors.

Summary: Excellent location with secure underground parking. Communication via bookings.com and mobile texting was good.

Positive: Everything we required for our stay was supplied - linen, kitchen utensils etc Very clean Ease of access Underground secure parking space Nice complex with fob entry Quiet at night

Negative: My husband found the bed a bit soft but I was okay. Maybe add an aerator to the kitchen tap as it’s pretty fierce!

Summary: Very nicely situated with plenty of eateries just down the road. 5 minute walk to train.
