Positive: Some little improvements are suggested below: Provide wine glasses. Provide bathroom scale. Restore black cafe table. Remove rust from outdoor cafe table. Provide additional bath towels.

Negative: We have enjoyed the location and all the additional security in the building. The complex was very quiet and clean. The staff from BPM were very helpful and courteous.

Negative: Terrible ironing board, lacking glassware, no kitchen sponge, no dishwasher tablets and very messy outside. Outside furniture could do with an update. Complicated entry and checkout.

Negative: The company has a slightly unusual verification process, which was a problem with our payment method. There were some initial very confusing communications but the company staff put a lot of effort into making things work for us which was much appreciated!

Positive: Location to train, restaurants and family very good - would stay again

Negative: Tap handle in bathroom sink comes off - sink does not drain very well, needs a clean out - outside dirty, needs leaves and cobwebs removed - outdoor seats need a clean or replaced - stain on carpet in bedroom needs cleaning - carpet square in lounge grubby - otherwise good

Positive: Clean, comfortable beds and pillows. Good layout especially with the outdoor space on ground level.

Negative: Could have supplied more coffee and basic spices. A few more pots and frypan for families who would like to stay in and cook Burners on the stove did not easily ignite.
