Walkers love West Kerry with its designated trails and walks of varying length and difficulty. Many visitors will simply take a leisurely stroll along one of the many beaches while others relish the challenge of reaching Mount Brandonβs peak (3,000 feet) or trekking along βCosΓ‘n na Naomhβ (The Saintsβ Path) which is fifteen miles from start to finish.

It is well worth the effort with views of Mount Brandon to the northeast, the Blasket Islands to the south and, on the rare occasion, County Clare to the north.
