Utilities are an extra charge at this property and payable on departure to the Owner/Property Manager. The rate for heating & electricity at this property is €10 per day all year around. Should utility charges not be paid on departure, they will be deducted from the security deposit without further notice. Breakdown of these charges are available from the Owner/Property Manager.
2. Security Deposit:
A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival by cash. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property.

Summary: Lovely accommodation, ideal for our larger group of 11. Great location if you have transport and like the peace and quiet of the countryside. Very pleasant check-in/out & support from the site manager. House was very clean and well equipped in general with many basics available. Would love to go back. Genuinely very difficult to find any areas to highlight, but a very minor drawback for a large group was the shortage of seating in the TV room, Or another TV in the dining area room.

Summary: We rented the best place for 8 adults. Plenty of space, beautiful decor, and well maintained house. Malachys Rest Dingle was everything we hoped for in a place to stay during our visit. Will definitely seek this option for our next visit. We are very interested in recycling. A list or reference as to what and how to recycle would be helpful.
