Home owners are empty nesters and live on main floor. We only charge a $10 cleaning fee to keep cost down, and we appreciate that our guests have been respectful in leaving the apartment in tidy condition:)

Newly remodeled open-concept 3 bedroom basement apartment. Tall 9 foot ceilings throughout makes you feel like you're not even in a basement. New floors in main living area, new kitchen and appliances, new furniture in living space. Separate thermostat.

Summary: We were in town for our daughters wedding. We wanted a comfortable place to stay with enough room to prepare for the various events we had lined up. This place did not disappoint! It was very comfortable and included everything we could have hoped for...including delicious crumble cookies when we arrived. Thank you for providing such a beautiful comfortable place to stay!

Summary: Our family of 7 decided to stay in a VRBO rather than overwhelm family members over the Thanksgiving holiday. When we saw that this was a "basement apartment" we weren't sure what to expect however the apartment was absolutely perfect. The apartment and furnishings are of the highest quality. The apartment is light and has very high ceilings and plenty of privacy. The beds are comfortable and the blinds keep the rooms dark for sleeping in late in the morning if desired. The couch is comfortable with soft blankets for hanging out or watching a movie and the kitchen table was perfect for playing games. We don't have small children but there is a closet full of toys and games if you do. Jill made our stay special with extras like cookies, chocolates and oranges when we arrived. Jill stayed in touch with us and was willing to let us book an extra night when a storm kept us from leaving as planned and even offered to do laundry for us if needed! We are hoping to book again this summer when we come to Utah for a family reunion. It is really the perfect place!

Summary: We felt right at home at this newly decorated and well stocked space. Jill was an over the top host, wanting us to have a great experience and all the comforts of home. We had 7 adults and a 3 year old grandson, and plenty of room for all of us. There were lots of games and toys for all ages. The location is great with access to all services and a close hop to the freeway. Tall ceilings made it feel like you were not in a basement apartment. Thank You Jill!
