Summary: This is a great space for a corporate retreat. The house is large and the views are amazing. The house is starting to show miles and it appears they're having trouble keeping up. A lot of the cabinets in the kitchen and baths are very worn and there were many light bulbs in need of replacing. The hot tub also has several broken pieces.My biggest complaint and the reason we won't return in the management of the home. From the start, communication was very tough. I booked this 8 months prior to our stay. It's one of those properties that wants you to list every person's name. I'd ask questions and never get responses. However, they'd sent warning about cancelling my stay if I didn't provide a list of everyone that would be staying. We don't pick attendees until a couple months beforehand.When I booked I asked for referrals for chefs and other in home services. After several attempts I was told they didn't have anything. Two weeks before we arrive I get a text saying they are the concierge and want to book things. I ignored it but then I got another. After explaining to them I had it taken care of I get threatened with a 250 fee for every vendor we use not through the concierge. After referring to my original request for help they decided to drop the fees. Then two days before we are set to arrive (far past our ability to cancel) I get another message saying our code lock is disable unless I sign a form with a huge list of rules and fines. The timing seemed strategic.

Summary: We had 20 people including children. All eleven bedrooms were used. This was an extended family get together with participants from around the country. We were blown away with the size, views, layout, things to do (eg pickleball, ping pong, hot tub, media room, recreational areas), incredible neighborhood, and instant response when we had questions. We will be back!!

Summary: We traveled with a group of 14 friends to this amazing property. To say that it exceeded our expectations is and understatement. The pictures don’t do the spaces justice, in our opinion. The location is about 45mins from the Salt Lake Airport and within 1.5hrs of Park City. The location in Alpine was perfect for the activities we had planned and was a perfect end to the day after spending time taking in all Utah has to offer. The check in and out process was seamless. The house had everything we needed from multiple kitchens, refrigerators, theater room, game room and indoor basketball court. Our group would highly recommend this property for large groups.

Summary: We had our team fly in for a Team Meeting. It was the perfect location and accommodations. Everything was just wonderful about this location. We had a local chef come in and make us dinner. It was just amazing.

Summary: We had an absolutely wonderful stay. There are so many fun activities to do in this home. We enjoyed playing ping pong, pickle ball and so much more. In the evenings, we occupied the movie room. The host was very communicative and everything was exactly as described. Summary: The house is impeccable and the outdoor space is lovely.All the bedrooms were large and have great beds. the bathrooms were renovated and all the extra living spaces made it for our group of 14 to be super comfortable. We will definitely be back. The only downfall is that there is no large table for the entire group to eat together so we had to split up, but we made it work with the counter seating.

Summary: This place is just what it looks like. Spacious, clean, gorgeous view, very close to everything. We had a blast using the gym, yoga studio, hot tub, pool table, ping pong and movie theater!! Our kids had a blast and didn't want to leave.

Summary: Property was perfect for a corporate retreat. 11 bedrooms, 12 king sized beds, and a gaming/ sports area, of which all took advantage. with 3 Kitchens, we had all amenities needed to cook for a crowd. There were separate "living rooms and a theatre room. Biggest issue is we should have stayed longer. Time spent, shooting hoops, and just hanging around is excellent bonding time for the group. We had thoughts to go out for dinners but quickly realized, no one wanted to leave so cooking in was our best option.

Summary: If you have a large group, this house is PERFECT. There were 16 of us and we had so much space, but also had the perfect areas to socialize and be with one another. The game room, the hot tub, the outdoor seating areas, and the fire pit were all just what we needed. We relaxed and enjoyed spending time at the house. The pictures of the home are accurate but do not do it justice. The views are AMAZING and the fall leaves just added to the beauty of Utah. The house had everything needed to cook meals, the linens were luxurious, and working with Brandy our host was FABULOUS. The location is great - we were a short distance to Park City for fun shopping, and Sundance Resort for spectacular views - went up the ski lift and enjoyed a meal outdoors at the Owl Bar, and even hiked the Silver Lake Trail through the aspen trees in the Pleasant Grove Ranger District of the Unita-Wasatch-Cache National Forest. We all fell in love with Utah!
