Positive: Room was well equipped, clean and comfortable. Lovely big windows and door onto patio over looking fields. Breakfast was perfect

Negative: You do have to walk across yard to breakfast room which was ok for us but some people may not like having to do that.

Positive: The breakfast choices and quality of the ingredients was first class. All served to the table in the old farm house conservatory with lovely field views and natural wildlife in abundance. This was our second stay and not our last. Great location to go out and explore all that the lovely north Yorkshire moors has to offer.
