This home is located on the water just minutes from multiple other waterways including the Chesapeake Bay. The fenced in yard contains an inground pool with two patios, lots of umbrellas and a firepit.
This home boasts a wonderful open floor plan, great kitchen with large island and marble counter tops. It is uniquely decorated and has amazing water views from the living area, kitchen and master bedroom. Master bathroom with customization of marble and glass. A separate fully furnished area downstairs for playing pool, games, watching movies, one bedroom or just extra space. The waterfront lawn is fenced in for added safety for children or pets.
Enjoy the small town of Chesapeake City with great indoor and outdoor restaurants just minutes by boat or car.
*The saltwater pool and Jacuzzi pool is seasonal. We do not heat it during the winter, but will consider doing so in the spring/summer months for a fee.

Summary: My wife and I (and our 2 dogs) stayed here for 3 nights recently. It was our second visit to Tina & Drew's beautiful home. The first stay was a few years ago, and we thought it was lovely then. Now, they've renovated even more, including an in-ground pool and hot tub. It's really an excellent location with a fenced in yard and very nice firepit area, and many excellent extra touches throughout the house. We've stayed in several homes in the area while our daughter has been at the U. of Delaware, and this is hands down the best one in our opinion. We'll definitely look to come back again soon. You will not be disappointed. Trust us!

Summary: We stayed here with a group of friends for 3 nights. The open concept, living room, dining room, and kitchen are spacious and beautifully decorated. There was plenty of seating and lounging space. The beds in all of the bedrooms were extremely comfortable and everything was provided for us (linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, soaps, hair dryers, etc.) The yard was beautifully landscaped and well-maintained with incredible views of the river. My husband and I are already talking about returning. Thank you Tina and Drew for a wonderful weekend!

Summary: The property is a gem. The decorators eye... exqusite. The woodwork, patterns, mixed textures and materials, woods and accent metals w greenry Were more exciting than coffee to me. Very welcoming with thoughtful touches. We caught some white perch, a few crabs, catfish and an eel off the pier. Many items stocked in case you needed some various things. Television channel availavility a plus. The yard has beautiful lansdscaping, lighting, and multiple chill areas, pool and hot tub are next level. The sand in the firepit area an exciting touch. Drew & Tina were awesome. 🦀🎣

Summary: I had pretty high expectations based on the pictures and reviews but the actual experience actually exceeded it. Our first impressions upon entering the home were excellent. Very clean and fresh, immediate views to the bay, beautiful living and dining area. Very open concept with high ceilings. The kitchen appliances were very good, and kitchen amenities well stocked. The beds very comfortable. Tina communicated very well with me during the overall process and check in was flawless. The backyard is a real game changer compared with any other home we’ve rented in the US. The pool and hot tub are exactly as shown in the photos and just beautiful. The expansive long deck overlooking the bay provided many hours for observing birds, butterflies and our dogs enjoying the fenced in area. The kyaks were put to good use and were in good condition. This was a family vacation for 7 including our own ‘kids’ who are now young adults and our new grand baby at 3 months. We also brought our fur babies who loved the open, fenced in area.. Plan to return again next year and can hardly wait!! Rented: September 2023

Summary: The pictures do not due justice, the house was beautiful and we all had space to relax inside and out. We used the pool everyday. The beds are all comfortable, our dogs loved the yard and made friends with the ducks. We will hopefully be back next year

Summary: The home (Serenity) allowed our family to experience the beauty of this area and provide a time of rest, relaxation and bonding as a family. We were able to enjoy the outdoors, whether sitting on the back deck catching some sun or enjoying the scenery and wildlife, to relaxing in the pool and kayaking on the river. We also enjoyed the spacious dining/living room as we ate meals, played games or just vegged watching Movies/Shows. Overall, we had a very enjoyable time as a family during our stay. We had excellent communications with the property owner during our stay as questions and issues came up and appreciated their willingness to have someone come out to address each matter. We have many good memories from our trip that we will cherish.

Summary: This home was absolutely perfect for our short family vacation. Communication with the hosts was super easy.The home was beautiful but homey. The setting was so pretty. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, kayaks and the fire ring for a night time bon fire by the water. Highly recommend and would definitely visit again.

Summary: We wish we could give this VRBO more than 5 stars! From check in to departure Tina & Drew we’re always available to answer any questions. The inside of the home has a spectacular open floor plan in the main living area. The kitchen was roomy and well stocked for any vacation needs, including a fresh bottled water dispenser. The bathrooms are located at each end of the home and the master bath with double vanity and incredible shower were wonderful. We stayed with six adults and everyone mentioned how comfortable all the beds slept. My wife and I slept in the basement and it was comfortable, roomy & dry. The pool….oh the pool. We used the pool daily and had zero issues with ducks or any other wildlife. There was plenty of pool furniture and umbrellas available for everyone to enjoy. And a hot tub to sooth your sore muscles from time in the kayaks. Although we did not use it this time, the fire pit was easily accessible. We fished from the pier on several occasions and had some good luck. I recommend cut bait for the giant catfish! The views from the river front porch, with plenty of seating, were stunning. The home is located in a quiet, mature riverfront neighborhood just a short drive for groceries or even the casino! We recommend the Crab Shack for fresh steamed crabs. Overall, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND this property for your vacation. The hosts are gracious and the property is spectacular! We can’t wait to book it again!

Summary: This is our second stay and it was wonderful! Tina & Drew are fantastic hosts and communication is stellar. The house is very inviting and equipped with everything you need to have a wonderful vacation. The pool is so nice and in an ideal location. I had my morning coffee on the rocker as I looked out at water and watched my fur babies romp in the yard. We we sad to leave but plan on coming back again next year.
