Summary: I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Breathless Riviera Cancun Hotel, thanks to the incredible staff. Everyone was so friendly and attentive, but one person really stood out - Angel. He was amazing, providing top-notch assistance and making sure I felt included and cared for throughout my stay. Angel's warm personality and dedication to his work made all the difference. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic vacation experience.

Summary: Went here for my 30th and had a BALL! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a good time! Nothing but pure entertainment! Andres kept the pool party live he was such a fun guy! Maria was one our waitress and she was amazing! All the staff was so sweet and helpful. Made sure everyone was having a good time . The place was so clean and beautiful! Met lots a great people ate great food. Must try the Grill one of my favorites while we stayed. Coffee shop was amazing too and service outstanding.We paid for a cabana came with bottle service and a great show! Don’t think twice book now! You won’t regret it!

Summary: The shower smelled moldy. The knobs kept flaming off the wall. Thank goodness I come with cleaning supplies to make the room smell fresh. To the naked it the room looks clean. In the restaurants and bars the cups and silver ware were not clean. People were seen having sex in the pool. The pool water was cloudy. Bird poop was in the chairs around the pool. Too many of the seating areas are reserved for “members”. These areas were empty for extended portions of the day. Leaving other guests to have to sit their belongings on the side. I will NOT recommend this property to anyone.

Summary: This property overall was a good experience. I give it 5 stars for cleanliness and the property overall in itself was beautiful. The staff (waiters, bartenders, housekeeping, handymen) were very friendly, helpful and pleasant. We were greeted each day and it felt very hospitable. Now, my complaints are, for one, front desk concierge's were not helpful and were dismissive. Upon arriving to the property, we asked for a tour of the property to become familiar with where things are located. A gentleman in the middle seat of the front lobby refused to give us a tour and instead, referred us to use the Hyatt inclusive app and gave us a physical paper map (Spanish words only) to utilize. This was very off putting for us being that since the resort is very small, it wouldn’t have taken much effort on his part (or anyone else’s) to give us a brief tour of the property. Another complaint I have is that it is very obvious this resort has a target audience, meaning couples ages 35 and up are given and granted access to different amenities on the property that single young adults are not given. Our peers, (a couple 50+) were greeted with a welcome bag and spa vouchers, whereas my friends and I (25+ young ladies) were not gifted at all. This resort is great for older couples. Events end very early and dining operates on a strict schedule. For an all-inclusive adults only resort, I would expect it to be alot more lively and to have more entertainment for longer periods of time.

Summary: Our stay was amazing because of the wonderful staff! Vicente in the pool was AMAZING and extremely attentive. He connects with his people personally and memorizes everyone’s names! He also came to work early each day to set up our spaces around the pool. He is a rock star!! Enrique was such a hard worker and absolutely so kind! He has a heart of gold! Angel in Entertainmant was phenomenal. I feel like I’ve known him for years. He was like our best friend while there and is such a great entertainer! Ivan and Erik the entertainers were fabulous and made everything fun. They are super dancers and so friendly!! Our servers Roger and Edwin were fantastic! They were so timely & attentive, memorized our drinks, and never missed a thing. We love them both! Antonio the bartender was such a hard worker and made sure our drinks were top tier. He is so friendly too and such a kind person. In the Spoons restaurant, our main server was Isai (can’t remember spelling) and Edwin too! They were very attentive and helpful. Plus the food was great!! I am 100% positive. I will return to this resort simply because of the people. I feel like I have family in Cancun now!

Summary: Best all inclusive resort so far, not too huge to make u tired , party all day and night according to ur taste - many options with full time loud DJ at poolside, another relaxing pool with soft music , after dark night club, lots of events, programs on daily basis- and the best part a very chill and relaxed vibe to party and relax. Their food is amazing whether buffet or ala carte ( 5 international cuisine restaurants to choose from) lot of street/quick food options like tacos pizza etc. their cafe is option 24/7 - I am really glad I chose it for my vacation, I literally researched all resorts in Mexico ( watched videos/reviews etc and finally booked breathless-
