Villa Valentino is the ideal place for those who love comforts and are looking for a home where they can find peace, relaxation and fun. The villa and all the furnishings are totally new. The highlights are the large garden with lawn (500 sq m) and the 10x4 m electrolysis pool with diving board and gaiser to create whirlpool effect.
Modern and elegant garden furniture (deck chairs, table and chairs), comfortable outdoor bathroom with hot water shower, outdoor kitchen with bar corner and functional barbecue for unforgettable outdoor lunches and dinners, large covered veranda with 42'' TV, Playstation 4, children's games (slide, basketball hoop, etc.), table soccer and ping pong table for fun summer games! In the garden children's play area with slide. Inside, the villa is on two levels. On the ground floor are the living room with double sofa bed, 42'' TV, Hi-Fi system and printer, the brand new equipped kitchen (coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave oven, 4 burner stove, oven, 2 refrigerators, 1 water dispenser, dishwasher), a double bedroom with safe and a triple bedroom (two single beds can be joined into a double bed), a bathroom with shower.
On the second floor there is a double bedroom and another bathroom with shower, access to the large terrace with exposed wooden beams of about 150 sq. m. furnished with parasol and chaise longue.
All rooms have air conditioning and access to free unlimited wifi.
The villa has a laundry room and a parking area for 2 cars.

Summary: We absolutely loved Villa Valentino! We were in Sicily for two weeks and only one week at Villa Valentino. We wished we would have stayed both weeks there! The house was perfect for our family of four. We arrived to a stocked fridge with snacks and drinks. Rosario met us upon arrival to go over everything. He had extensive information on the restaurants, attractions, and cities around. Terrasini was a great base for all the places we went to (Terrasini, Palerma, Agrigento, Santa Ninfa). We wish we would have had more time to visit San Vito di Capo and Erice!The villa was very clean and had everything we needed. We spent a lot of time in the pool (was perfect!), playing ping pong, fooseball, and relaxing on the patio with a refreshing drink. Rosario was an amazing host and was available whenever we had any questions. He provided tons of recommendations! He even ordered a pizza for us when I couldn't figure it out. Rosario embodies the true meaning of Sicily. He treated us like family and his villa was our home away from home!We highly recommend Villa Valentino!! We can't wait to go back! Thank you Rosario!!

Summary: We stayed at Villa Valentino for 6 nights. We completely enjoyed ourselves. The property is everything that the photos and description promise. The property was immaculate and the kitchen, pool, sleeping rooms, bathrooms and overall relaxing space was very well done. It is a very outdoor-oriented villa, meaning that lounging around the pool and on the lawn is a key to fully appreciating the property. We had a car (essential for this location). We spent time exploring both the general Palermo area and surrounding areas such as Mondello beach, Monreale, Trappetto, Segesta and Trapani. The location is an easy 25 drive into the Palermo area. The motorways and roads in the area made the driving easy. The villa is 5 minutes outside of the town of Terrasini. That town is a genuine Sicilian seaside town. Don’t miss the local museum. We dined several nights in Terrasini and the nearby Cinisi. All excellent experiences. The very best part of our experience was our host, Rosario. He clearly takes great pride in his villa and in treating his guest with sincere warmth and care. He was generous in the extra touches and left plenty of information on local sights and day trips. We can highly recommend Villa Valentino!

From the moment we arrived, Rosario, our host, made us feel incredibly welcome and ensured everything was perfect throughout our visit. The outdoor space is particularly impressive, providing ample shade during the day while still offering plenty of spots to soak up the sun. The pool is a highlight, with a deep section ideal for diving and gets the sun throughout the day, making it perfect for cooling off or simply lounging poolside. Inside, the bedrooms are conveniently located on the ground floor and are equipped with excellent air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep even in the warmer months. The master suite upstairs is a true gem, featuring a spacious terrace that offers stunning views and a private escape. One of the most breathtaking aspects of Villa Valentino is its setting. The backdrop of the mountains adds an incredible sense of tranquility and natural beauty to the experience. While the Villa is a bit removed from the nearest town (about a 10-minute drive), this also means it's wonderfully peaceful. A car is necessary, but there's convenient off-road parking available. Summary: We stayed as a family of four at Villa Valentino as part of our Summer vacation & we were hugely impressed. From the very warm & informative welcome with Rosario through to the top quality amenities at the villa. Especially nice was the swimming pool that was larger than we expected, the lounge area which was a great socialising spot & the convenient location to nearby beaches by car. Summary: We can't begin to express how incredible this place was to stay with our family of five! It is everything the description and pictures show off. Rosario was the best host and had everything we needed to get started along with a comprehensive guide to what was around locally. This made it even better to plan and do activities around the town. Summary: Rosario is the perfect host, always available with a big Italian heart and one of the most friendly and helpful host we ever met. From our arrival until departure he did everything to make this holiday very special. The house is beautiful, we spent most of the time outside on the large and wonderful terrace and the lovely pool. The kids loved the pool, table tennis and soccer and the restaurants in Terrasini were absolutedly great. Beaches were rather full but it was Ferragosta, if you look for a nice and not so crowdy beach Lido Greg is a good choice. I am sure we will come again and would like to thank Rosario again for his hospitality. Highly recommended!!!

Summary: The villa is excellent. It has everything you need (including kids plates/bowls/cups etc), as well as table football (which the kids loved) table tennis, a football goal, basketball hoop, and more. We were a family of 4 using the villa, but you could easily have 2 families in the space. The outdoor space and pool is lovely so you really don't need to be inside very often and there is also lots of shade, and plenty of loungers etc for however many people are in your party. The property is very secure with a gated driveway, so you do not need to be worried about where the kids are. As a host Rosario is fantastic. We arrived very late, and he had made sure there was a welcome pack that included something we could cook for dinner and milk for kids bedtime, and then he showed up in the morning with fresh pastries as he knew we would have little for breakfast otherwise! There were also presents for the kids and us which were very thoughtful. We didn't particularly need any other assistance but any questions we did have Rosario was incredibly responsive and nothing was too much trouble. We were happy chilling at the villa so didn't really venture out, but had we wanted to there was a very comprehensive guide to the area left for us. There is a bread/pastry van that comes around the area so make sure you have cash (we didn't!) to get fresh things each day. Supermarkets were a 5 min drive so that was easy to get to. We will definitely be coming back!

Summary: The villa had just about everything we could wish for. Extremely comfortable with lots of outdoor living space. A lovely large pool with lilos. Rosario was the perfect host; extremely generous and helpful. Loved every minute.
