The Magnolia White is a private, peaceful and comfortable villa arranged over two floors inside a little apartment on the beach Which Consists in total of 3 independent buildings (Magnolia White included).
Ground floor
On the ground floor there is a big kitchen with a terrace equipped with BBQ, a bathroom and two living rooms where you can watch tv, playing games, books to read or if it's winter, relax yourself in front of the fireplace.
From the living room you can access to the terrace overlooking the garden and the sea. Here you can enjoy a wonderful colored sunset everyday! The terrace is separated with the neighboring apartment with a green plant divider to guarantee your privacy.
From the kitchen downstairs you can join the "Cantina", a fresh area That links the apartment with the private common area: the garage. Here you'll find the table tennis and the billiard (please do not move them from inside to outside, they could get damaged!)
On the upper floor of the house, there are 3 Queen-size bedrooms (max 7 people), each one with private toilet, shower, TV, FUN, heating, and balcony with view on the sea. From the terrace you can admire an amazing landscape.
Also upstairs there is the laundry: you will find here all you need for doing housekeeping and laundering.
OUTSIDE: the garden and the beach.
The large garden and the outside areas are in common with the other guests of the other two apartment of the residence. The garden is more or less 2 000 square meters. In the garden you'll have the Possibility to stay in a real connection with the nature and to relax yourself on the solarium area. Also you can play sports, make jogging, have a quite meal under the gazebo green or simply resting outside reading a book, tanning and admiring the silence.
Every day in the afternoon a gardener will come to take care of the garden.
The beach (both sand and rocks) is a little paradise where you can sunbathe, swim, sleep or play some nice sports, read a book or relax yourself under the shadow of trees. you can reach it comfortably direct from the garden. If you love wild natural places, this little almost private beach linked from the garden with the villa, is the place you're looking for. But if you are looking for a traditional sand beach, provided of all comforts you can reach in 5 min walking the beach called Ciammarita.

Summary: We had a wonderful two weeks staying here with our two children. The house is very clean and spacious. It was wonderful waking up to the beautiful view of the sea everyday. We spent lots of time at the private beach and we all did lots of swimming and snorkelling as the sea is shallow and warm. There are various other lovely beaches nearby as well. It is a short walk into Trapetto where there are shops and restaurants. There is lots to see in the area, so we used our hire car most days. The Aloisio family were very friendly and helpful and we would highly recommend this house.

Summary: We, 4 adults and 3 kids, spent 2 weeks in the Villa Magnolia Bianca. The house is nicer than in the pictures: the terracotta tiles, roomy kitchen, baths, comfy beds, 2 terraces, balconies and the tasty decorations are a clear sign that the owners actually lived (or live) here. There is a beautiful garden where we watched the sun set while the kids played and a private beach with a big shady tree and clear water. Ping-pong table, billiard, fast internet, TVs and a stone BBQ are also a plus. We spent most afternoons at the Ciammarita beach (ca. 500 m east). Trappeto is a small picturesque village, 5 minutes walk from the house there are shops, farmacy, restaurants. Many places of interest are close by: Scopello, Zingaro natural reserve (great snorkeling), Segesta, Erice and the cities of Trapani and Palermo. The family was extremely kind to us and helpful when we had some requests. A great holiday, thanks again Aloisio family.

Summary: We are very satisfied with our holiday in Magnolia Bianka in late September,2016. We found the house big and well equipped , very fresh and clean. Garden was wonderfull ,well maintained with sunbeds, chairs, tables, hammock . Every day we wake up , went out on the balkony and admire view of the sea. Just after that we went downstairs to the private beach for swimming. Sometimes we went to nearby sandy beach which was nice and very quiet at that time. Water was clean, clear and warm. Trappeto is a very nice , small town , typical Siciian , due to this we could feel like true citizens. There are some restaurants in the centre, but we were only one time , because we mostly went by car to sightsee . However, I can say that the city was very friendly and the old city - very nice especially in the evening. However, the most impessive were hosts, very friendly , nice , obliging and helpful family with two daughters . They welcomed us , giving all necessary instruction and said goodby when we were leaving. We have never forget about our stay at Magnolia Bianka . Thank you. Best regards Guests from Poland

Summary: We had a fantastic holiday in the most beautiful place run by the loveliest and friendliest people. The villa was very comfortable, clean and has everything you need for a perfect stay. The gardens are so pretty and the beach like a little slice of paradise. We will definitely go back.
