Positive: Newly furnished and cozy small apartment near the metro station. Everything you need is really close so there is no need to plan long trips. Quiet place with no noisy people on street or neighbors. We enjoyed it very much! We will come back for sure! Thank you.👌

Positive: Communication was smooth. The location is good. It does not have the tourist vibe, but via metro/tram you could easly get it. The bed was comfortable. Internet was great. Netflix available. Would recommend it for a one or two nights stay. But I would definitely skip it for a longer stay.

Negative: Three things. Loud noise, outdated ammeneties, lack of common sense for hospitality. Noise is awful. Door, elevator, street noise, people the sound isolation is non exsisting and could be a major issue for you. The apartment has been worn down by usage. The shower is problematic, doors malfunction, drainage clogs, the shower head is fixed. Kitchen ammeneties are in the same context. Cutlery, pots, pans, cups. On a positive note they all in function but again, very worn down. Finally, in the context of common sense for good hospitality. We rented the appartment for a week, obviously the hygiene maintandance is on us, but there was a lack of utilities to achieve this. No mop, no cleaning solutions. In the midst of summer we got winter blankets only. No basic things such as salt/pepper/coffee provided. Its a pitty, but if this things we experienced are a one time only, cool. Might be poor planning and execution. But for using this as a business, renting out a place and making people comfortable there, it requires common sense and understanding peoples basic needs.
