Positive: This hotel exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff made our young child feel genuinely welcome and cared for. Every request we had was handled immediately, and they were always happy to help. What impressed me the most was that the friendliness of the service never felt scripted or artificial—it was sincere, warm, and clearly came from the heart. In addition, the hotel’s visual design is absolutely stunning. The carefully selected artwork throughout the public areas and the beautiful inner courtyard create a truly unique atmosphere. Everything was also impeccably clean and maintained to an exceptionally high standard. This was one of the most memorable hotel experiences we have ever had.
