Positive: Our stay was pleasant right from the start. The staff were friendly, our rooms were very clean and comfortable, had a great view of the river/mountains, and even woke up to a buck grazing below our balcony. The pool and steam room was our favorite part by far. We’d return for a weekend just to sit in that steam room again lol overall great stay! Thank you to the staff for making it so accommodating and for being so friendly!

Positive: It's close to everything in Banff. It was clean and comfy. The bed was a little soft for my preference but ok.

Negative: For the money it was great. Maybe the instant morning coffee was nasty. ( there is plenty of good breakfast restaurants near by so no big deal)

Positive: The room was a good size. We had a balcony and could see the river. We went in spring so no need for an air con but the hotel does not have aircon.

Negative: It is a little confusing on how to get from the underground carpark (which is located under their sister hotel the Banff park lodge ). Luckily a very helpful staff member of the Banff Park Lodge helped us with our luggage and showed us where to go.

Positive: Check-in and check out easy and fast. The room was big with two beds and a table (good if you want to eat something in the room), and was very clean. The balcony is nice with a view to the river. Plenty of parking spots, out side and also they have a parking garage in the hotel in front of them. Really quiet, for all the staying time never heard the near rooms.

Negative: The place is a bit outdated, but they told us that there's the plan to renovate it. There was a continuous buzz noise coming from the heating system. The beds weren't very comfortable.
