Summary: Location isolated but beautiful, the grounds and the view are stunning generally. The staff is friendly but many seem untrained and certainly not luxury or 4star. The hotel greeter talks too much but is sweet and false mixed, yet as we were departing she first asks if we have paid, and afterwards asks for a review. Room was not 4 star, broken door let in bugs. See google map reviews that aren't 5 stars for reality here. Overpriced for sure.

Summary: The location is beautiful, however, we encountered a few issues during our stay. There were a significant number of ants outside our room, which impacted our comfort. Additionally, every night until around 1:00 am, there was considerable noise from chairs being moved in the restaurant upstairs, which made it difficult to sleep. This noise would resume again around 6:30 am each morning, further disturbing our rest. On Friday night at approximately 3:40 am, we were also woken by the sound of a woman crying and screaming for an extended period. It appeared she may have been a member of staff, which made the situation even more concerning. Unfortunately, the management had an incorrect phone number on file for us, despite our contact details being correct in the original booking. As a result, we did not receive any communication or assistance during our stay. This issue was only acknowledged by the host on our final night.
