Positive: Very spacious property in a great location. Great facilities including a separate office. Very quiet considering the central location.

Negative: Had some trouble with the wifi so didn’t have wifi for a couple of days but staff were responsive to help sort it. We also struggled with working the aircon but that may have been operator error!

Positive: Excellent location - close to lots of restaurants. Tram running right outside door. Free city loop tram 1min walk away. Great coffee at Pelligrinis

Negative: The main king bed had broken legs making the bed wobbly. I advised the company managing the property but they didn’t come to sort it and said they would look at it when we moved out.

Summary: Great family appartment. Plenty of space to spread out. Great looking out of Bourke street.
