Positive: Host Jo was exceptional. Very clear collection instructions and as we'd turned up early, was very accommodating to get us in before official check in time. Excellent location in the heart of Melbourne within metres of free city centre tram. Also has two great breakfast places either side!

Positive: Was just the perfect size for the 3 of us, view was beautiful with a great sized balcony very comfortable bed was very comfortable place was exactly what we wanted for our stay. Close to everything and the train station. Highly recommend to anyone you will love and the owner was so helpful and very prompt with replying to any queries when messaged. Will definitely stay again☺️
