Summary: Nice and clean with updates and fresh amenities. Close to downtown and several distilleries. Neighbors dogs were loud though the night.

Summary: We had a great four night stay at this property; it worked very well for me, my wife, and our dog. The older house is clean and nicely updated with easy parking and check-in. Wasn't an issue for us, but be aware the small backyard is not fenced. The house backs up to an Arby's drive through lane, so there is some minor noise. Easy one mile drive into town and nice base for discovery of the area - we made day trips to Lawrenceburg and Louisville. Laura (owner) was responsive during our stay and we would use this house again if back in the Bardstown area.

Summary: I was surprisingly happy when I saw this lovely place. Very clean and lovelily decorated. They have added a privacy fence between themself and the fast food restaurant next door for added privacy. It was a shame that the weather was so cold and snowy because I would have loved to use the back patio The owners were quick to respond to any and all messages. I would definitely stay there again if and when we visit Bardstown again.
