Entire charming and clean 5 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home in North Boulder. It is so cozy and beautiful, with modern features throughout. You will love the location, as the home is 2 miles north of Pearl Street in Boulder. There is a tennis court, park & basketball net within walking distance. The front porch is so cozy to sit on, with plenty of shade on sunny days & to relax in the evening . The backyard offers another place to sit and relax, with a fire pit for your enjoyment.
Well appointed kitchen, fenced yard, lovely dining space and comfort throughout. Our home features hardwood floors and a modern feeling. Easy access to hiking trails, bike paths and the bus system, our home is ideal for families and friends. Large front loading washer/dryer on site, as well as a home gym with Peloton, ping pong table, air hockey and lots of games for your enjoyment.
