Positive: Breakfast is great. Many good options for vegetarian, like vegetable, fruits and beans curry. I love them. The staffs gave a helping hand for any situations even they could not fix the problem immediately. I appreciate the attitude.

Negative: Outside my room's door the light is out of order. When I woke up for circling the boudha in early morning, it is too dark for me to find the key hole. On the other hand, the hot water in bathroom is too hot and can't easily adjust to the suitable temperature.

Positive: While I do believe the staff means well. Everything was a bit chaotic and a lot of things went wrong. Breakfast was alright since you were able to make wishes that they prepared for you.

Negative: Unfortunately it was just an okay stay. One time in the morning at 8am my room phone rang. They called the wrong room. It was by accident. The room was so very noisy cause it was right on the street. These windows were not good at all. It was like being outside or having the window open the whole time. I asked to change the room because of that. First they said it would be possible and that they are gonna get back to me. I was on the room phone with them about it. But they never got back to me about it. And the hotel was not fully booked cause it’s off season. It was quite empty. So I don’t know what the problem was. But it was definetely a pity. I asked for no cleaning just water. That also got never refilled. Also the room and some of the hotel needs maintenance. In the bathroom, in the room, the walls, the windows…and a few things. At the end it was a big headache with the paying. All their machines didn’t work with my card. They tried and tried and even though it got deducted already which gratefully I saw checking my bank account they still thought it didn’t go through and tried my card like 7 times. Ah yeah tea & coffee is included in the breakfast which I never had and water isn’t. I saw on the bill that they charged me for something in the restaurant, after asking they said the water. At least let people know.
