Summary: Room was comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Didn’t like that the WiFi wasn’t included and would’ve had to pay almost $20 a night for it. Breakfast was also NOT included and had to pay $25+ for the buffet thats only available on the weekend. For the amount of money that I was paying, I expected at least a breakfast inclusion.

Summary: I've been staying at this hotel since 2016. I love the location, the cleanliness. They've done some upgrades! It's always quiet and comfortable. I miss the complimentary beverage they used to have at the front desk. 1 year was apple cider and it was probably the best apple cider I ever had. :) This place is always my first recommendation for anyone thinking to visit, especially if you're thinking of visiting the Salem events in October.

Summary: The staff was friendly and engaged in conversation easily. We had one dinner at the restaurant and it was fabulous - high quality food! When our flight was cancelled and we had to reschedule a day early, the didn’t hesitate to refund us a night for our room. Thank you for your kindness.
