Summary: It worked for us, we personally didn’t experience much issue with noise. The place was fine, it was vaguely unclean. Many spots in the floor were caving in/ sunk into a shallow hole. Seems some were attempted to just be covered by rugs. Bathroom shower had some black mold and was generally gross. Only one roll of TP provided, seemed already used too. Kitchen was pretty beat up. Also advertised parking in the driveway, but a car was at the very end of the drive way our entire trip. Not a big deal, but if you advertise parking in the driveway then make it not possible it’s annoying. Bed was comfortable, couch felt like a literal rock. The entrance is also quite low, my wife hit her head and she’s about 5’ 10” and it was not a comfortable walk down for me either. Close to stuff mostly, short drive. Just not well maintained, kinda grimy.

Summary: The place was perfectly located in between Boston and Salem. The space was exactly what we were looking for. We are early risers so the noise from the above house did not disturb us. The space was clean and enough room for 3 adults.
