Summary: Friendly staff, easy check-in, wish the restaurant and bar was open more especially as it was peek Halloween season and the property was fully booked. The property was very clean and comfortable and I would recommend staying here.

Summary: This hotel was a perfect first stay on a multi- leg trip. We had a lovely light filled room on the 2nd floor. We also had the best fish I’ve tasted in years at the restaurant downstairs. Delish! Our only non-5 star experience was with the lady who was supposed to be checking in guests. She sat at one of the tables in the main floor where you enter with her back to us on the phone for > 10 minutes. We stood there wondering if she was a guest. We literally waited until a guest walked through and pointed out that she was the one supposed to check us in. That’s the only unpleasant snafu during this stay. Perhaps next time we visit, there will be someone at the entrance who will greet the guests.
