Positive: Very affordable, beautiful area. Many pleasant walks nearby. Public transportation to and from town easy, a bit far out, but scenery made up for it. Coffee and breakfast included.

Negative: Somewhat institutional, housing for students rest of year, very pleasant helpful staff.
