Positive: The apartment is very close to the airport and grocery store. But you need a car to go around to the city center. The staff was all very helpful and cooperative. They even let us use their kitchen to warm up the food.

Negative: The apartment wasn't very clean the first night of the stay but when we asked them they cleaned it up. There is no microwave in the apartment.

Positive: Anything that you might need while staying in Trabzon you will find here, It was very clean and nice with spacious balcony overlooking the street. 24hr front desk, both the lady and the gentleman were very friendly and helpful and the go above and beyond to make you feel welcome there. also, Provided with parking space. and at least 2 supermarkets are 1 and 5 minutes away. very conveniently located.

Negative: nothing.
