Positive: The hotel is not too far from the airport. Be ready to hoof it uphill, since that's how things work almost everywhere in Trabzon. You'd be pretty far from the city center if you're looking to be in the hustle and bustle. However, the neighboring area is quite nice and safe, relatively noisy, and the hotel is close to the Forum shopping mall that I liked a lot. The hotel itself is quiet and clean. I had a really spacious room with a large comfy bed. Breakfasts were quite diverse, with local rowdy ladies cooking it every morning in the restaurant kitchen and talking loudly (it sometimes even signing). It feels like you're visiting their home, not staying in a hotel - this added some unusual vibe to the experience. The staff speaks English and is willing to help. All in all, I'd stay here again. Thank you!

Positive: The hotel was well-organized and very clean. The bathroom had hot water, and the towels were changed every day. The bed was extremely comfortable. The reception staff were all very helpful, friendly, and welcoming. The breakfast was varied and delicious.

Negative: The only downside was that I didn’t have enough time to enjoy the hotel as much as I would have liked.
