Includes 6 beach badges and bikes ! This gorgeous, beautifully decorated , like new Duplex home is in Holgate, which is in the much less populated part of the island. It is only 8 houses from the beach and 5 houses from the bay with direct beach access at the end of the street. Awesome views of bay and ocean from kitchen and living room with panoramic views on roof deck! The beaches are NOT crowded, they are very wide and expansive in this north area of Holgate. There are no traffic lights and low traffic - with Long Beach Boulevard (narrowed to 2 lanes ) very easy to cross for the kids walking to the beach. Yet it is only a three minute ride to the attractions of Beach Haven.

This summer home is like new and features reverse living with a vaulted ceiling living room on the second floor, hardwood floors, big screen TV over a fireplace, dining room and gorgeous kitchen, along with a side deck for the grill and a guest bathroom. Window seat to curl up on read a book ,watch TV , take in the ocean views, or just take a nap. It is one of only a handful of houses on the island where you can stand in the kitchen and see the ocean and the bay!
The third floor fiberglass roof deck is 20x20 and is accessible from the second floor. It has the most amazing views, especially at sunset. It comes with two lounge chairs and a six person teak dining table .
The first floor has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms with all new furniture. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with ensuite bathroom, the second bedroom has a queen size bed, and the third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds and sleeps four. The couch on the second floor opens up to sleep two more people if needed. Please note that the bedrooms are small with built in drawers and a mirror in closet space.
The ground floor garage has been converted to a play / hang out area with TV/futon / mini ping pong table/cornhole toss . It also holds the extra large capacity LG washer / dryer with laundry sorter purchased in 2020. Side yard surrounded by a privacy fence- with a newly installed outdoor shower and bench seating.
The driveway is paved and has parking for one car. Ample street parking available .
The house will come with four bikes and six beach badges . No need to lug down your bicycles!! Beach chairs and umbrella too. You must bring your own bed linens, bath towels and beach towels. We will supply blankets, quilts and pillows. The Kitchen is fully stocked with coffee maker/blender/ toaster/ glasses/dishes/pots/pans and silverware.
The house is the south facing three-story side of a side-by-side duplex (number 19A) with lots of natural light.

Summary: I've rented this house every summer since 2011 and will be there again this year. Love it! Quiet street, close to beach and bay. And the views from rooftop deck are magnificent. Perfect house for a family vacation. The owners are nice and very accommodating. I can't say enough and looking forward to next month.

Summary: We stayed a week with family, which includes 3 kids, and 2 grandparents. We all had a wonderful vacation , mainly because of this house! A couple small blocks from the bay and a couple small blocks to the ocean! And a quick bike ride from Beach Haven. What could be better? The house itself had a rooftop deck which was the best feature, as the 360 views were spectacular, and the sunsets every night were amazing! Loved the decor inside the house, and all of the amenities that the house came with, including 6 bikes and boogie boards, stocked kitchen, even a crab trap which we used. The owners have done a really top-notch job with this beach house. Would love to come back again.

Summary: Even though this house was built in 2008, it has the feeling of a brand new house. The kitchen was very well stocked and the beds were so comfortable. There was careful attention to details in this house, such as the wooden hangers in the closet. There was plenty of room for a family of 5 and 2 grandparents. The sunset views from the top deck were spectacular. We would love to return.

Summary: My wife and I are very selective renters and we found this home to be a delight. Great location, quiet neighborhood, close to beach, beautiful immaculate home and only a short distance to the action in beach haven. No Sandy damage at all. Summary: Our family could not have asked for better accommodations if we tried! This beach house went beyond our expectations. It was extremely comfortable, clean, fully stocked with everything you would need to feel at home and you definitely got that homey feeling. The bicycles were appreciated as was all the beach equipment. The upper deck has the best view in the neighborhood and the sunsets were some of the best we ever saw. We are former New Yorkers and currently live in Scottsdale, Arizona. We totally recommend this to everyone who wants a house with comfort and class on LBI! Summary: My family and I enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was like new, VERY clean and tastefully furnished. Location is quiet which was exactly what we needed (We live in the hustle and bustle of New York City). The beach and bay is a short walk down the block. The owner provides all the beach amenities as well as fishing/crabbing gear. We caught over a dozen crabs in a day at the bulkhead on the bay. We BBQed while enjoying direct ocean views and watching sunsets on the rooftop deck. We had fun biking around town too. We look forward to renting again.
