UNIT 2 is an adorable 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom (plus private outside shower) condo which is STREET FACING from the lower deck with gorgeous OCEAN VIEWS as pictured from the top deck. Located in an oceanfront building on the Beach Haven/Holgate border and is best sized for a couple or a single person looking for a beach getaway with their beloved doggie! Don't need a huge mansion on the beach but like to be oceanfront? This is a cozy oceanfront building with only 4 units! Gorgeous and relaxing views from the private roof deck!
Quiet neighborhood that is 2 blocks south of the Beach Haven border and only a 3 minute drive (or 5 minute bike ride) to Fantasy Island, Thundering Surf water park, MANY restaurants, homemade doughnuts, bagels, mini-golf, escape room and all the fun and food of Beach Haven! This attached condo is in an oceanfront building with only 4 units, all on 1 floor, each a corner unit. Our 1 bedroom unit is on the side next to the beach walkway (northwest corner of the building) and all views are from the rooftop deck (see pictures). The location is 2 blocks south of the Beach Haven border (which is at Grosser St). Each unit has separate entry stairs to their own personal ‘lower deck’ and the door to each unit is entered from that private deck. There is a staircase to the roof deck shared between 2 units and there is a divider between the 2 sides of the roof deck so each unit has its own space on the roof deck. The pictures shown are just your section of the roof deck.

Summary: Great little place! We loved the rooftop deck and the excellent view of the ocean. The furniture up there was sturdy and of good quality. We used the grill once, and I used the outdoor shower every day. The washer & dryer was just an added bonus!

Summary: We had an amazing stay at the condo. Everything was very clean. We enjoyed having the ocean at our back and the bay down the road in front of us. We also liked bringing our dog. Not too many places allow that anymore. We hope to be back next year.

Summary: Very cute apartment for two people. Easy walk to beach. Views from top patio partially obscured by the dunes, but it's nice to sit and watch the moonrise from there. Host offers beach chairs and umbrella. Alas, shower head in bathroom needs to be replaced.
