It has everything you need to enjoy your time at the Northern Outer Banks.Many wild horse visits as well as some deer this time!The host are great & the property is everything described and more. Summary: The home was very clean and well stocked. We loved the screened porch and proximity to the beach...only steps away. We could hear the waves and see the beautiful dunes and sunrise. My bucket list dream was to see the horses and we had horses in the yard everyday...including a baby. The house itself is very clean, beautifully laid out and had everything we ever needed. John was a great host and responsive to my questions which were few because it was such a simple booking and stay. HIGHLY recommend.

P.s a the horses decided to take a nap to the entrance to the downstairs and in front of the grill. Had to chance them off to cook hamburgers.
