Positive: The staff received me on arrival, briefed me and were helpful and attentive. The room was very clean and had all the necessary essentials. I could work comfortably because there was a work desk and reliable WiFi. I enjoyed a very good breakfast in the morning despite my very early departure. The place is located in a very safe place just behind the Village Market, where you may pick up supplies from the Supermarket and shops. I highly recommend this stay to working professionals and anyone else. It would be ideal for families too.

Positive: I loved that Bonsai villa was so green and the air around just felt different. We enjoyed fresh avocados from the trees too and it just felt like being home. It's also quite close to malls and plenty of embassies so it's very safe. Me and my partner have found a new home every time we are in Nairobi. Thank you Duncan and the whole team at Bonsai Villa.

Negative: I did not like that time went by too fast and I had to say gooodbye.

Summary: All the staff were amaizing, I loved being at bonsai villas and we will definitely be coming back!!

Positive: We had a really lovely stay here. The location is excellent .it’s conveniently situated right next to Village Market, which made it easy to access restaurants, shops, and other amenities. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The environment felt safe and secure throughout, which is always a big plus. The Wi-Fi was also strong and reliable, making it easy to stay connected. Overall, it’s a great place to stay and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located, and secure spot in Nairobi.
