Positive: Location was perfect and very central, close to the metro. The area is full of restaurants and bars and even walking to the city center is quite easy. The apartment is beautiful and has everything. The host is communicative and incredibly helpful for every need.

Positive: The host was very accommodating and allowed us to leave the luggage before apartment was ready for us and we could also leave the luggage longer the morning of departure

Negative: the apartment is in the 4th floor with no elevator. Main problem was to carry the luggage up there. Not big deal though

Positive: The apartment is right in the center, 2 minutes walk from Noviciado metro station, 5 minutes walk from Plaza de España. Surrounded by Lots of bars, tapas places, supermarkets, bakeries, cosy streets. The apartment is small, but more than comfortable for a family of 4 (we have 2 teenagers). It has everything that you can need: towels, cleaning products, washing machine, ironing machine, dishwasher, full equipped kitchen. Very easy check in and check out, Alvaro, the host was permanently in touch with us for anything we might need.

Negative: Because it’s in the city center, the building has no elevator, so careful when you are packing and how many luggages you are carrying.

Positive: Everything it was spotless, had a cooker, fridge, dishwasher, such a lovely bright apartment 😊 all the little extras teabags, coffee, shower gels shampoo, and washing capsules, cleaning products everything, great stay high-quality apt 😀

Negative: Nothing with the apt ,the 5 flights of stairs 😑 but that wouldn't put us of but elderly might have a little issue, no lift but that's all .

Negative: We are fairly fit so the stairs up to the apartment were fine. However I think it needs to be clearly in the details that it is a bit of a climb! Also no corkscrew!
