Summary: I'd give more stars but I have to say that "quiet executive apartment" was a little misleading. The property was clean and well presented, but it's in a residential building and there is certain amount of noise from neighbours - not outside of normal hours or anything unusual, but if "quiet" and "executive" were your criteria, you might be surprised. The apartment is in an alley that does have a certain amount of refuse and tight parking, but the overall location is good. Our host also got a bit confused about when we were checking out - no bad outcome but that could have caused a problem. But kitchen/beds/baths/wifi were good.

Summary: Our stay at Eyal’s place in Malasaña was absolutely wonderful. The apartment could not have been better, it is a model for what a short-term rental apartment should be. Convenient automated access. Great location, super clean, white and bright, modern design, ample storage, great bathrooms with shampoo/soap/lotion, equipped kitchen, washer, and comfortable beds. Eyal was very responsive throughout our stay, and the basket of cava, chips and chocolates were much appreciated :) We’ll definitely stay here again.
