Summary: We love staying at Golden Beach we had several family groups in over a two week. Roger Chapin was excellent to work with and very helpful about not only things about the house but about Boca Grande and Boating we will definitely stay there again and highly recommend the location and the house which has many different living areas and a backyard pool very close to the beach and downtown

Summary: Our stay in Roger’s home was amazing. We didn’t want to leave! Roger was very helpful with any question we had. Their home is in such a great spot, close to the town, restaurants, farmers market, beach, etc. We would highly recommend!

Summary: Comfortable accommodations for our group of 4 couples. Everything we needed and then some! Multiple pots of coffee on the various decks every morning; privacy for each couple and so much to do and see all within a mile. Unanimous that our group will be back!

Summary: Roger Chapin is a very gracious host. His property is immaculate and couldn’t be in a better location to enjoy the lovely island of Gasparilla. His welcome amenities were appreciated and his attention to our needs during our stay quite attentive.

Summary: What a spectacular vacation! You can tell that this home has been the center of very special family gatherings over the years, and our stay was no exception. Roger was such a welcoming host, even before we arrived, and his gracious attention to all the details of our visit, made the process seamless. The home is even lovelier than the photos, with plenty of space for a larger group, but intimate enough for a small family. The location is IDEAL! Walking distance to town, a few steps to the beach , a beautiful bike ride to both ends of the island..and around the corner from the weekly farmers market...(Which I returned to several times in one day) The home is immaculate and extremely well appointed, with everything you would need for a home cooked meal and visits to the beach. The outdoor areas of the house allow for sunrise warmth with your morning coffee and gorgeous sunsets from the top deck! The pool and lower level area kept our teens completely happy! We were very sad to leave.. and already planing our return. Really cannot say enough wonderful things about our host and “Golden Beach”. Thank You!

Summary: The house and location were great and Roger, the owner, was awesome. He left the place well stocked and even left us multiple bottles of wine as a welcome. He could not have been more proactive and responsive. The house is close to town and just across the street from a beautiful part of the beach. We could not have been happier!

Summary: My family and I had a really nice week at Boca Grande. The house was lovely and Roger could not have been a better host with ideas for activities and restaurants. I had never been to this part of Florida and can see why it's a hidden gem. Highly recommend.

Summary: This property was very well-appointed and one of our favorite VRBO rentals. We were treated to a lovely welcome basket and snacks in the fridge and the house was spotless. The owners want your experience to be first rate and they are immediately responsive if there is anything you need. We will definitely stay here again.
