Summary: Property views are spectacular! This is a corner unit so you have side views of the Gulf as well as full on frontal views, at the 3rd floor level. Condo is great for 2 people, but would be cramped for more than 2. Elevator was not working on arrival, So we took to the steps with luggage, A painter who was working on the property at the time, saw that I needed help snd carried my suitcase all the way to the 3rd floor! Impressive! But Boca Grande is like that. Wonderful, courteous people from check-in, to the poolside tiki hut, to the fabulous restaurant, and the wonderful folks who are willing to share their homes with us vacationers. Thank you for a most memorable vacation!

Summary: This destination and accommodation was a brilliant surprise. The view is unparalleled both day and night, and the condo, pool, and the whole facility was spotless. The area was uncrowded with a mind to nature. The host left nothing out, thinking of every little detail that makes a beach destination like this special. Perfect for a relaxing getaway to an island that has that classic Florida vibe. Safe, relaxing and pristine. We didn't want to leave!

Summary: This is not a very large unit, but it is in great condition. I think it’s perfect for two adults, but I’d be hesitant to put many more people in there. I got the impression that most of the appliances are brand new, and I know that the sofa is. I had a little bit of trouble with the Wi-Fi password and with one of the electric blinds, but they were rapidly fixed by the property manager. He was very responsive ! The unit is very well stocked with everything you could possibly need, it’s an end unit, and it has fantastic views. It’s very close to the pool and tiki hut. During the stay, I also rented another unit in the same building for family, and this one was much nicer. The comparison made me realize how good this one is, which I almost do not want to say, because now there will be more competition to rent it in the future!
