Positive: The room was spacious, very clean, and exactly as advertised. The location is excellent, easily one of the best in the area, with everything within walking distance.

Negative: The checkout experience was ABSOLUTELY unacceptable. Another guest appears to have charged food or drinks to our room, and instead of properly verifying the charges, the hotel insisted they were ours. Even after pointing out that the signature on the receipt was not mine, they still wanted us to pay. We were delayed so long that we were at risk of missing our bus. Because we had no time left to keep arguing, we felt forced into paying charges that were not ours just to leave. I left the property feeling completely scammed, this completely ruined what had otherwise been a good stay.

Positive: We stayed at Blue Star Hotel for 5 nights and overall had a pleasant experience. The room was comfortable, but the air conditioner was a bit of an issue. Even on the lowest setting, it was very noisy and blew air too strongly, which made it difficult to keep the room comfortable while sleeping. The breakfast was average, and we had dinner at the hotel one evening. The dinner was average as well—nothing special, but it was acceptable. The hotel staff were generally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A special thanks goes to the bartender, Yasin. He is an amazing person—hardworking, respectful, and a true gentleman. His service was outstanding, and he is excellent at his job. Honestly, we would come back to this hotel next year just to see him again. He made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you to the whole team for your hospitality!

Especially when he made an upgrade to a family suit room which was AMAZING!🙌🏻 We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything exceeded our expectations — the rooms were spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The location is perfect, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere made us feel relaxed from the very first day. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged to ensure guests have a memorable experience. Thank you to the entire team for making our vacation so special. Positive: The location was great, and the staff were very kind. They let us borrow some towels for the beach, and they helped us get some ice when I accidentally bumped my head. The room was small (normal) but clean and comfortable enough! I didn't eat much of the breakfast, but it was obvious that they cared about the quality, and the deviled egg I had was good! The price to value was good, especially considering the location.

Negative: Nothing much? The room is smaller than what it appeared to be online, but it was par for the course.
