Summary: Great, affordable, clean rooms right outside Dinosaur National Monument. Be sure to call ahead before booking with a pet via a third-party company. Or note you’re traveling with one in the request section. They only have a few pet friendly rooms and you don’t wanna show up with your dog and find out that they’re all booked. Continental breakfast was great! Waffles and brand-name microwave breakfast sandwiches/burritos, cereal, yogurt, oatmeal etc. Indoor pool is nice. Walking distance to groceries and a gas station with snacks.

Summary: All was fine, we checked in and slept. Breakfast was super simple, but was available. My only issue was the complete lack of hot water and the complete lack of communication about the lack of hot water. When I inquired, I was told the hot water "takes a while" to get going, and when I inquired how long that was, she said it would be about 30 minutes. So, for 30 minutes, I would have to run water (wasting it) before maybe getting the hot water. They need to figure out a better solution. Other than that, it was fine, safe and clean
