Summary: This was a really lovely property. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and vey pleasant. The room was very clean and spacious. I would definitely stay here again when I return to Vernal.

Summary: We just needed a place to stay half way through a road trip. The only “issue” was there isn’t anyone on site, we had to call to get our door code, but that wasn’t a huge deal once we figured it out. It was clean and quiet and worked well for us.

Summary: It was a nice country style room with modest bathroom and bathtub in the room itself that I did not use. However, air conditioner was so loud and turned on and off all night. I was not able to sleep well and next day did not feel well enough to do any serious hiking because of it.

Summary: Clean and easy to access even though we got there around 11 late. They sent us a link and it worked perfect. Room was clean. Ac is one of those old kinds so kind of noisy but it kept us very cool! Would definitely stay there again.

Summary: no one on site the whole 2 nights we stayed , and remote so did feel a little off No laundry or breakfast factualities as stated on hotels com . Room felt damp as had many visitors…… lots of woodlouse on the bedroom carpet and bathroom

Summary: Our room was mismatched. No chairs to sit in. The cabinet that was to hold the TV was too small for the TV and was missing a leg. TV was on top and seemed precarious. Unmatched bedding and towels. No maid service unless you ask. No telephone to call for service. Horse excrement on the parking lot. Our room also had 2 exits; one exit went to a hall that was locked, and the other entrance, which we used, had a warning to keep closed or we would have visitors from perhaps snakes, frogs, and bugs. We could hear the couple next door. We were to check out by 11:oo on Sunday, and the office was closed. One good thing: the beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning worked.

Summary: Location was great, room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Our room had a very small bathroom with no shelf space which made placing needed toiletries inconvenient. Host was responsive when needed.
