Positive: The villa is spacious and located in a quiet area, surrounded by a high plant fence that makes you feel discreet and comfortable.

Negative: The jacuzzi that is on offer was completely unusable, the floorboards around pool are in poor condition with hols and large parts are not fixed to the ground, which is very dangerous especially for children. Toilet in the attic is not fixed and may break off at any time, using it is very risky, one of bede in attic was not fully screwed,so we had one bed less but we paid for all of them. The electrical installation is not prepared for needs of this villa, during using on several devices at the same time, the fuses turned off, to restore power you have to go to the main box which is located a dozen meters outside on the street - this happened several times a day. The equipment of villa shows visible signs of wear and requires renovation and current repairs. The administrator knew about all these defects before our arrival, but were not repaired, this is a lack of respect for his guests, who pay the full value and receive a defective product. We tried to arrange some compensation with Mr. Roberto, but he stopped responding to our messages.

Positive: Location was great, super near at Bologna and 5-8min by car to big supermarkets. Even though you have some near neighbours, the house has a wall of dense bushes surrounding it, so you feel quite secluded.

Negative: Only slighty downside was that neighbours are quite near and you have to be a bit more quiet from 10pm on, but not a big problem.
