Positive: The hotel is less than 100m away from the beach. The staff are welcoming, warm and helpful. They have a good restaurant, Hermit's. We had most of our meals there's For breakfast, they have Daily Breakfast Special or we can choose eggs of our choice with toast. Nadheem who is in charge of water activities is very helpful and kind too. Highly recommend.

Positive: The staff were very helpful in setting up excursions and coordinating with the dive shop. They provided transportation to and from the marina and coordinated transportation on and off the island. Really liked the location close to a lovely beach. The onsite restaurant was convenient. WiFi worked well.

Negative: We had a suite and it was dark and small. If you are sensitive to noise avoid the rooms right by the stairs as it can be quite loud with people going up and down. The doors have gaps under them that allow noise into the rooms. If you book directly make sure to ask about their cancellation policies in advance before you book - we did not and had an unpleasant surprise.

Positive: Staff was great, especially Bhuppi was perfect. Breakfast was always tasty and location close to the beach. We enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to come back again. Thank you!

Negative: In budget room there is locked door to another room. We could hear everything from the other room, so for privacy reasons of both rooms it would be great to change the door for a wall.

Positive: The hotel was situated near the bikini beach, also close to sand bank and the exotic place of the island. At the airport the guys make the boat reservations and the transfer to the speed boat. Also the transfer from the pier to the hotel. All charged at the hotel reception. The room cleaning and towels were changed once per day, the room was big and nice, hot water. The staff always was nice, and try to help you with everything you need, informations... The food was great and tasty, we had breakfast and dinner. You can choose from the meniu, for some you need to pay extra charge (lobster, steak, big fish).

Negative: Little choices of Food in restaurant, no discount ( hotel restaurant ) and times of servising food - which was in every restaurant on Island. Every second day was smell in bathroom even after cleaning.

Positive: Love the comforting feeling and homely vibes that my room, the food at Hermits (true comfort and healthy food!) and the staff consistently gave to me. I went during a low season and was still given quality attention and my suite was really amazing and spacious. Management and staff are very helpful, friendly and attentive across the board. Very family friendly location, locals are kind people, there is no alcohol served there as the Maldives is a muslim based country and this guesthouse is on a local island (not a issue for me but maybe others) As a solo female traveler I was safe and 24/7 there is always someone on the property. Love that I could walk 1 minute to an opening to the beach and a bikini beach was nearby.

Summary: Would definitely stay again with friends and family.
