Positive: We had an amazing stay there! It’s a truly beautiful place. The rooms are clean and cozy, and we felt very comfortable throughout our visit. The level of service is outstanding, and the kindness of the staff makes the experience even more special. Positive: A truly beautiful property — well maintained, welcoming, and comfortable. We felt great from the very first moment! The staff is incredibly kind, and the guys are simply fantastic: always available, smiling, and ready to make you feel at home. The organization of the outings and excursions is amazing — everything is perfectly planned down to the smallest detail. What makes it even more special is that the same guys who organize these experiences are the ones who run the property: wonderful, passionate people who genuinely care about their guests. We had such a great time and enjoyed every moment of our stay. The room was perfect, everything was clean and in order — absolutely no issues at all. In short, everything was excellent. A place we would recommend without hesitation!

Positive: - The staff was friendly and helpful. Also somebody comes with you and guides you in trips - The room was nice and spacious - The breakfast is good and there are several options - The yard is beautifully landscaped and full of exotic plants that gives you privacy - They provide fresh water every day - We didn't see the whaleshark... but the trips were beautiful The experience was very nice even there are some small things to improve. We recommend the hotel.

Negative: - Some of the bikes are broken - In our room there were some very small ants sometimes - Sometimes the toilet drainage didn't work properly - The bed sheets and the towls can be a little bit cleaner

Positive: Very helpful and attentive hotel staff. The inner yard of the hotel is beautifully designed and a kind of oasis.

Negative: It was for us a excellent experience and we will come back. Our recommendation to make it even better is a slightly different breakfast service. More combinations of the existing menu, maybe a small buffet.

Positive: Spacious room. Free water every day. The courtyard design (a lot of greenery). Restaurant.

Negative: Reception answers your questions only in the evening. Free bikes are great, but some of them are in such poor condition that it’s better not to offer them at all and get rid of them. Far from the beach.
