Positive: Polite and helpful staff especialy reseptions, Location is perfect, like the musics of DJ. Clean pools but crowded.

Negative: No animation team and any program... The food is cold all the time, For 7 days we were there no sensitive change on food. Dishes are not clean most of the times. Staff are realy polite and try to do their best but they are not trained. The shower side pool is not working!!.. Beach has not bar and it is very important for a hotel that named all inclusive. In the 3rd floor water pressure is not tolerable. Most of problem refer to managment of the hotel and can be improve simply.

Summary: Hotel management needs more attention and improvement.

Negative: No wifi, which is really bad. The food was average. The facilities in the room was average.

Summary: Guess one cannot get better quality for this price but it can definetely be improved

Positive: The hotel is centrally located in Gümbet, very close to everything. The hotel's private beach is also just a 3-minute walk away, and the sea is crystal clear. If you prefer, there's also a pool inside the hotel. The pool bar is lovely, and the bartenders are very professional. The food is varied and delicious. The rooms are clean and very comfortable—I don't remember ever sleeping so comfortably before. All the staff are very friendly and make you feel at home.
