Positive: We had a nice stay at Selectum Colors Bodrum overall. The hotel itself is lovely, with a great variety of food, plenty of activities, and good entertainment options. There is always something to do, and the facilities are quite nice.
Negative: However, unfortunately, the service was the biggest disappointment. Some of the staff were quite rude and not very welcoming. When we had questions or requests, we often didn’t receive clear answers or proper assistance. At times, it felt like the staff simply didn’t care about the guests or their experience. It’s a shame because the hotel has a lot of potential and many good things to offer. With more professional, friendly, and attentive service, the overall experience could be much better.

Positive: Food was great, and the beach is better than the pictures, view from our room and the lobby was incredible
Negative: Room is a bit outdated, and the check in day the reception staff wasnt helpful so we spend the first day trying to navigate a large hotel, would have appreciated more guidance with better attitude, the guest relations staff was amazing and compensate the following day for the lack of information from the reception, so Thank you to the guest relations team!

Positive: The duplex family room, entertainment, pool and beach were great. Our kids (aged 8 & 4) particularly enjoyed the shows and water sports. Main buffet very good and choice extensive. Staff were friendly. We were impressed with how easy it was to locate a few items we lost, which had been carefully collected and catalogued.
Negative: We visited in August and haven’t been to a resort this big before. For us, it felt busy around the pool/ beach, with sun beds crammed together and not always easy to find. Also lots of walking, due to size of the resort. (Although good exercise after all the delicious food!)

Positive: Most Staff were friendly. The food in 7/24 bar.
Negative: We got paint on our clothes from newly painted dining room chairs. When we told staff they Said we can’t do anything. Even told reception they said we can’t do anything sorry. The mocktails were bad I tried a few none tasted good.
Summary: Overall pleasant stay. Room was cleaned daily. Food in 7/24 was nice. drinks could’ve been better.

Positive: I had a decent stay overall. The location is excellent, and the view from my room was amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the food selection was excellent with plenty of variety.
Negative: The cleanliness could definitely be better, and the room equipment feels outdated and in need of an update. The phone inside the room was not working, which was inconvenient, and one of the elevators was out of service during my stay.
Summary: The staff provided great customer service—from the front desk all the way to the buffet restaurant team.
