Positive: The property was nice with good air conditioning and nice bed - the balcony was very big and beautiful view of the harbour - breakfast was also good (Turkish breakfast)

Negative: The only bad thing for me was the steep road followed by steep steps down to the harbour- but this is not the hotel’s fault- I have no complaints about this hotel

Positive: The staff’s especially Zeki and Ramazan are wonderful people. It is far from city centre but you can easily go with public transportation. The view from our room was incredible and breakfast was good enough.

Negative: The wifi during our stay was not working in rooms only in common space.

Positive: The Manager of the hotel absolutely makes this place. The hotel was very affordable and the staff were friendly, knowledgable and helpful.

Negative: The WiFi in the reception area has great signal however the one in the hotel room was touch and go.

Positive: Beautiful view if you spend the extra $15 it’s totally worth it. Teakettle fridge and hairdryer in the room. Eggs cooked specially added to your regular Turkish breakfast plus jam and honey and milk! View atop the terrace and a pool below. CLOSE TO SHOPS AND BEACH AND RESTAURANTS& Easy walk down stairs to beaches and shops and 30 minutes walk to Bodrum center/or $5 cab or .50bus.NICELY QUIET FOR SLEEPING !!!

Negative: No fruit at breakfast and it’s not in Bodrum proper.no fault of the hotel but the booking.com site map was difficult to use and determine location of where these were and I had been to Bodrum just last month. I thought I had booked 3 blocks away from the beach in Bodrum but GUMBET here is the next bay over and 2 miles to Bodrum clubs that I like to dance at Black or Mandolin . Also I prefer SOME fruit at breakfast as usually at least watermelon or oranges are available and this breakfast stays same everyday.

Positive: Berg Pension was an amazing surprise from the very beginning. We arrived late at night and not only was the staff supportive and super welcoming, but the view from the hotel terrace left us speechless and so happy that we had traveled to reach this enchanting hotel. LOCATION The hotel is located in the bay of Bodrum, fortunately away from the chaos of the seafront but just a few minutes from the beach. Easily accessible, parking is not directly attached to the property (this is also clearly stated on their page, so a very accurate description) but just a few minutes away there is a square with plenty of free parking available. ROOM Clean, spacious, with direct access to the pool. Air conditioning, complimentary water, comfortable bed, fridge, no issues asking for cleaning or tidying up during the stay. Everything was practical and functional. Large, clean bathroom, with soap provided that was of much higher quality than standard (they use olive oil soap, really uncommon and very satisfying). Patio before the pool entrance with table and chairs, perfect to enjoy a drink or a cigarette in the quiet atmosphere of the place. Waking up and accessing the pool directly (very clean, with well-kept loungers and sunbeds) is truly a plus. BREAKFAST Breakfast is served on the hotel’s enchanting terrace, with both covered and sunny areas, offering a breathtaking view of the Bodrum bay. An incredible sight. Everything is freshly prepared and served at the table, just like at a café. Good food. Absolutely top! BAR SERVICE & TERRACE This deserves a special mention and extra appreciation. Unlike many other places, in this pension you can stop at any time of day or night to enjoy a tea, coffee, or a cold drink. The evening view takes your breath away. STAFF What can we say about a group of people so enthusiastic and eager to make your stay unforgettable?
