Positive: Nice property in lovely neighbourhood. Very clean. Beds very comfortable. Washer and dryer was a bonus. Excellent support for a minor issue that was resolved in minutes.

Negative: It wasn’t that comfortable to watch the tv. The basement was the best room but we couldn’t go down as there were so many spiders.

Positive: The property size. Location and amount of bathrooms available. The grille was good.

Negative: The kitchen was unorganized and the cooking pans were dirty and burnt..the stove top was missing a burner cap. The master bedroom bathroom didn't drain very quickly. The 2nd story bathroom was filled with bugs from long time ago. Both bathrooms were peeling walls from the shower and the basement bathroom wasn't quite bolted in place. The dinning room chairs were not holding their backs up so you felt like they might have an issue with heavy people. Be careful.

Positive: Nothing too complain about. It was perfect for a family on a beach trip. Felt like you were at home and everything was close. Nobody wanted to leave!!!

Negative: There was nothing we didn't like per say. Just wish the kitchen had a few more utensils (measuring spoons and cup) and the beach chairs could use an upgrade.
