Summary: Our stay was wonderful. The home was absolutely spotless and immaculate. It was extremely well appointed and had everything you could need. It’s a great location in the village steps to the beach and in a quiet section. Bill was very responsive and accommodating. We highly recommend his place and would love to stay again!

Summary: Repeat visit to 30 Milestone Way Mashpee was perfect. The cottage is immaculate with 5 star appointments throughout. The private beach couldn't be more beautiful and the Marketplace raw bar the place to be. Our host just keeps upping the game with things like wireless phone chargers in the bedroom and kitchen amenities galore.

Summary: Beautiful condo in a great spot! Lovely ocean views, quiet area and steps from the beach! The condo is decorated beautifully and has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. I hope to return in the summertime when the weather is better and we can enjoy the two patios, beach and Popponesset Marketplace.

Summary: We stayed after Labor Day, which, in my opinion, was the best time. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Property is just as described—quaint, comfortable, with upscale updates. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed for simple meals for two. The included beach amenities (chairs, umbrella) were also very nice since the cottage is just a 2 minute walk to Maushop’s private beach. William and Sue were wonderful hosts. We would gladly rent again.
