Summary: This is our third year coming here. Such a perfect property with a gorgeous new house, still in great condition. Very short walk to the beach. Perfect for our 2 and 4 years olds. We hope to come back next year!

Summary: This was the first time visiting the Cape with a group of girlfriends. We really enjoyed the house and loved the amenities. The pool was closed during our time, but we enjoyed the hot tub. The house was clean and the area was very quiet. Would stay here again!

Summary: Spacious, beautifully-furnished, light-filled home on the Cape, a short 3 minute walk from the beach in a very safe community. Well-stocked kitchen. Appliances/amenities all appear to be brand new. A lovely location for a family retreat. We stayed over Thanksgiving, so cannot speak to the pool/jacuzzi/fire pit since it was too cold to be outside. Prompt, helpful communication with Paul (especially when our son accidentally left his laptop behind!) Would love to stay again sometime. Minor suggestions include pot-holders for kitchen and recycling cans/system.
