The home is equipped with 4 bedrooms and 5 beds that can sleep 8 people comfortably. The fenced in backyard is a perfect spot to enjoy your peaceful morning coffee or BBQ cook out, looking out to a greenery garden while enjoying the fresh air under the gazebo. Wind down at the end of the night on our premium mattresses and linens after a day out on the beach or working that nomad life. The house is centrally located for you to check out all the beaches up and down the shores. Within 5 minutes, there are 2 shopping centers and a mall with supermarkets, restaurants and gyms if you decide to stay longer (think Outback, Miller's Ale House, Publix, Walmart, national food chains, Crunch Fitness and LA Fitness/Esporta, etc). Let's not forget all the local favorite eateries by the beaches!
Safety & Property:
Carbon monoxide alarm, smoke alarm are in place.
Outdoor security cameras are in place for general security and safety. Please do not tamper/disable the cameras in any way: 1) one - covering the driveway in front of the garage 2) one - at front door facing out to the street viewing the entrance 3) two (2) cameras viewing the entire backyard.
Booking requirement: No reservation will be allowed with any person under the age of twenty-five (25). This includes reservations made by parents who do not check-in, and/or who leave overnight during the length of the stay. Violation of this rule or reservation obtained under false pretense will result in immediate termination of the booking without refund.
Like hotels, we require a picture of government-issued photo ID or passport for the person making the reservation. Linens and personal care supplies: we provide each guest 2 sets of bath towels, one set of bedsheets for each bed, starter shampoo/bodywash/conditioner. Additionally, washer and dryer are on site, case you need to wash linens. Cleaning supplies: We provide basic cleaning supplies for kitchen like sponge and dish soap, toilet brushes in each bathroom. Grocery stores are also within a mile from the home should you need more than provided.

Summary: We had a great time at this home. It looks like it has been renovated recently, so everything is very well decorated and cozy. They had a lot of the extra appliances like air fryer, blender, ice machine, etc. The property owners were also very responsive whenever we needed them.

Summary: We had a fantastic stay at this property and highly recommend! The place itself is clean and accommodates 8 people very comfortably. We loved the kitchen area/dining room for hanging out after a long day at the beach. We had a puzzle going and everyone could hang out and share quality time together. We left a puzzle behind for future guests so enjoy! The outdoor patio is also amazing. Covered, comfortable seating, beautiful landscaping and a grill. If you are traveling in you will have everything you need for a beach day as well. Lots of chairs, several beach tents, and towels. The check in and check out process was super easy and communication with the host was amazing. We appreciated the personal touch of a birthday card and a few goodies to welcome us to our stay. The location was also perfect for us. You are just a few minutes drive to Madeira beach/treasure island beach/johns pass etc and about 20 minutes from Clearwater where we enjoyed a day out on a boat that we rented for the day. There is also a great plaza 1.2 miles from the home, including a public and many many food/shopping options. We couldn’t have had a better experience and would absolutely stay again if in the area.

Summary: We had a wonderful time staying in Seminole at the house. The house was roomy. Beautiful kitchen with lots of space. Plenty of seating for meals. The family room has a nice sectional couch for watching TV. The master bedroom has a tv as well. There are four bedrooms that are spacious. The two bathrooms are very nice. The backyard has lots of flowers and plants. It’s very tropical. There is outside patio seating. Ha the host responds quickly to requests. We had a terrific experience at this house. The beds are comfortable. Location was a mile and 1/2 by car to the beach. Shopping was nearby also.

Summary: Enjoyed this home immensely while visiting Tampa area… very nice and exceptionally clean. Perfect for seven of us with a wonderful place to gather for meals, games, etc. House was located in a nice neighborhood while still being close to amenities. Bonus was the delightful backyard. The only drawback was having to go out and buy toilet paper as very little was supplied for the amount of people staying there. Would recommend this home and would return to this place.

Summary: Stayed at Ha's property for a quick stay while visiting FL. It was a great place to to relax at after spending time at the nearby beaches. Ha was fantastic at communicating throughout our trip. I would definitely stay here again.
