Negative: Just a little disappointed in the Wahlberg restaurant. The web site still gives you indication that the fish bowl is still a restaurant there. Was looking for more selection other then wings and hamburgers. Should have left and went to the lookout up top and tried to get in

Negative: Plastic cups! No glasses in the rooms, even the bar served us cocktails in a plastic cup… the restaurant used glasses thankfully

Negative: Staff, tried to charge me £71 extra for the room for a 2nd night but on the website it was £20 cheaper. Most of the complex is a public shop and the smell is disgusting. Food is mediocre, not much choice. Breakfast is not good, there was only two people there and it was very basic. Supposedly discounts on bowling but we were told that was last year and there not doing it this year, though on the website it states they do. Overall disappointed.
