Summary: we were in room 362 across the way from the banquet hall around 6:30am to 8 am work personnel we’re talking loudly and laughing. It was very disrupting.. very difficult to sleep.

Summary: Everything shut down at 7;30pm. Staff somewhat unprofessional using cell phones, eating, and using slang when dealing with customers. Room fireplace didn’t work, found a piece of bacon under the alarm clock, a hair clip on the floor by the lamp, and a cheeze it under the balcony table. Restaurant was “booked” with open tables we saw walking thru dining to the overlook outside. Whatta Berger overpriced and was told could only order bottled beer or wine bc they were closing.

Summary: Everything was great, except one interaction with clerk at front desk. Shuttle was out of service. When I asked what we were supposed to do, she raised her voice to tell me that she couldn't help, and when I asked to speak to the manager she immediately told me, again in a raised voice, that she was "In a meeting".

Summary: Amazing room with views over the store. Not much to do of an evening though once the store is closed. The shuttle service was an amazing extra.
